This is how much of the meat is cooked. Open wood grill. The heat coming off this was impressive. It's about 82 degrees in the evening, and likely 100+ near the grill. The taste of the food from this type of cooking is distinctive and wonderful!

This picture begins day 2. We had to wear a dress shirt, tie and coat. Mission for the day is to go to the hospital to meet with hospital staff, and then off to meet with the Deputy Governor. It's 9am and already over 80 degrees with 80% humidity. This is the only time in these series of pictures we are not sweating.
